RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At StyleLocs, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a straightforward return and refund process.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories and tags (if applicable).
- Be in resalable condition.
Items showing signs of wear, damage caused by customers, or missing original packaging may not qualify.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been cut, dyed, chemically treated, or altered after delivery cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide return instructions.
- Ship the item using the provided instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
5. Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:
- The item is defective.
- The wrong product was shipped.
- The item arrived damaged.
